About Perry Santos

Perry Santos is an event producer, caterer, and former filmmaker with a unique background spanning food, film, and television. He worked on iconic productions like 'Titanic', 'Casino', and 'The Late Show with David Letterman', and wrote, produced, and directed the documentary 'I’m Rick James', among many others.
Inspired by his Cuban-Italian roots and a family history of entertainers and restaurateurs, Perry shifted into hospitality—opening the hit LA restaurant *El Mocambo*, launching the 'Crispy Cuban' food truck, and founding *Well Done Cheffing*, a private chef staffing agency.
In 2025, he brought his popular catering brand to the desert, opening Well Done! Catering of Palm Springs. It's a true family business: his son Joe now leads the LA team, and his brother Joey joined him in Palm Springs to co-run the operation.
Well Done! has catered for Oprah, the Obamas, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Billie Eilish, and top productions like 'The Voice', 'American Idol', and 'Dancing with the Stars'.

Joey Santos is a celebrity chef, caterer, and lifestyle author with a background as colorful as his menus. A former actor (*NYPD Blue*) and touring musician, Joey eventually found his calling in hospitality. He ran LA staples like *JoJo’s Americana Supper Club* and *JoJo’s Juke Joint*, worked as a personal chef for stars like Brad Pitt and Jennifer Lopez, and is currently a partner in *Tango*, a vibrant tapas bar in Laguna Beach.
Now in Palm Springs, Joey brings creative vision and top-tier culinary flair to Well Done! Catering, working alongside his brother Perry to deliver unforgettable events with flavor and style.
